- You will ensure that safety is priority in all aspects related to the operation
- Maintains reliable and efficient operation of all plants in the Jubail sit
- Achieving key performance indicators and annual plans for Operations set by the organization
- You will be driving and delivering of continuous & quantifiable improvement in the operational processes and efficiency of the plants
- Development and tracking of Operational cost as well as benefit analysis is part of your role
- Sharing and implementing of global best practices
- Further, you will lead improvement projects and training initiatives as required for the organization
What makes you great
- You have a deep technical and industry specific experience and knowledge, preferably in Hydrogen and Synthesis Gas Production
- Possesses strong relationship and communications skills at all levels
- Moreover, you have strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Understanding of process control & instrumentation
- You have the ability to lead training and a strong software background
- Knowledge of regional operational processes
- Fluent English language skills are required
