Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction management and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both overseeing project execution and developing client relationships to support project success and drive new business. This role requires a strategic mindset to manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while also engaging clients to ensure their vision is met and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Oversee all phases of construction, from initial design and permitting through project completion, coordinating with contractors, designers, and architects.

• Engage clients to understand their goals, maintain regular communication, and ensure satisfaction with project progress and outcomes.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, enhance client relationships, and support business growth.

• Negotiate project contracts, change orders, and manage project scope to meet both client expectations and company objectives.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.

• Work closely with the sales team to secure and onboard new clients, providing construction expertise to address client questions and concerns.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects.

• Strong sales skills, with experience in client-facing roles, contract negotiation, and business development.

• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and CRM tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while staying organized and responsive.

• Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards.

• PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
