**Job Description:**
We are seeking experienced **Project Managers** specializing in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead project teams and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, preferably in Riyadh and/or Jeddah.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, with strong expertise in interior fit-out.
- Familiarity with local regulations and construction standards in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Immediate availability to join.
