• Project Management: Oversee and manage GIS activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Spatial Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive spatial data analysis and interpretation to support objectives. Utilize various GIS tools and techniques to extract and analyze data for informed decision-making.
• Survey: Provide support for surveys, including data collection, processing, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and quality in data acquisition.
• Visualization: Create compelling visual representations of spatial data, including maps, charts, and other graphical outputs, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand work needs and deliver solutions that meet stakeholders needs and objectives and enhance outcomes.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Process and Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of GIS data and deliverables, and develop key processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest GIS technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Sciences, Urban Planning or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS project management, spatial data analysis, and related fields.
• Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., Arc GIS, QGIS) and other relevant tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex spatial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., MS Power BI) for GIS applications is a plus.
