Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for pumps and hydrocyclone technology? Metso Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented Pump and Hydrocyclone Sales Engineer to strengthen our Pump Sales Team, based in Riyadh.
What you'll do,
Continuously drive Pumps order intake, sales growth and profitability to exceed targets
Ensure Metso's global processes and sales operating model, governance, roles and responsibilities are in place in the unit
Ensure seamless collaboration among Services, Sales and capital both locally and globally
Sales leadership: Driving cross-functional collaboration.
Responsible for supporting and leading sales for service offerings. Assumes Solution Lead role on sales cases depending on the local competence and situation.
Ensure value co-creation is effectively done with the customer.
Responsible for the value argumentation, value proposition and win plan of the cases and overall for pumps sales offerings.
Ensure timely progress of the sales case from lead to proposal and negotiations.
Understand the market, competition, and industry best practices for pumps Sales and ensure that sales case is built accordingly.
Ensure compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures in the cases.
Ability to build and maintain good relations with all stakeholders from a range of cultures
Relay frontline feedback and improvement ideas to product management and delivery teams.
Travel and time on site required.
Who you're
Strong Background in Selling Pump Equipments and Pump Spares, Hydrocyclones, Trellex Slurry Handling Products and Slurry Valves for Mining, Aggregates, and Industrial segments within assigned territory by creating opportunities and generating sales from existing and new customers,
5+ years' experience in mining, large industrial or similar industry.
Experience in selling Pumps or similar products to Mining Industry
Excellent oral/written communication skills, organizational, problem solving & trouble shooting skills.
Capability to discover customer needs and match our offering to provide a solution
Strong interpersonal and project leader skills.
Willing to actively engage in problem solving.
Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
Strong computer skills are essential - MS Office is required. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Knowledge in CRM modules ( Salesforce ) is an advantage
