The ideal candidate will be based in Jeddah.
HOW YOU'LL HELP US CONNECT THE WORLD:
The Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise MEA will be accountable for driving the sales strategy and execution in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. You will possess extensive expertise in enterprise sales, a strong understanding of the regional market, and the ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key team members.
Expectations include to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Western region, including but not limited the following cities: Jeddah, Mecca, Madina, Abha, Najran Jizan and Al Ola. develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy by conducting market research to identify new opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, and setting sales goals with senior management that align with the company's vision.
Engage with potential enterprise customers, understand their needs, present compelling value propositions, and lead discussions to close high-value deals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention, develop account plans, manage portfolios to improve revenue, and act as the main contact for key accounts, promptly addressing issues.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach while coordinating with regional offices for effective strategy implementation.
Track and report on sales metrics, provide regular updates to senior management, analyze data for trends and opportunities, and present sales forecasts and performance reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field, minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales. with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the MEA region.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel 40% within the region.
- Transferrable Iqama or Saudi National
