Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month

Job Description:
Landmass Trading Company, a leading supplier of air conditioning (AC) and HVAC spare parts, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the continued success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell HVAC spare parts to clients and customers in the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate business leads and sales.
- Identify customer needs, present product solutions, and negotiate prices to close deals effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and annual basis.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and procurement teams to develop sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in AC/HVAC spare parts or a related industry.
- Languages Required: Proficiency in Arabic and Hindi is essential.
- Must hold a valid, transferable Iqama.
- Diploma in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in system handling is advantageous, though not essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and annual basis.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and procurement teams to develop sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits to customers.
