We STEPBeyd are hiring for one of our client in Saudi Arabia for a Sales Manager in Chemical Industry domain. Below mentioned is the brief about our client.

Our Client is headquartered in Pune, India and operate globally through 19 international offices (including Indonesia), 12 sales & service offices including Indonesia and Thailand and 12 manufacturing facilities – 7 in India and 5 overseas.
Chemical Business
Our Clients Chemicals business manufactures and markets a wide range of specialty chemicals to help improve processes and product performance for a spectrum of industries. The business is India`s leading manufacturer and exporter of ion exchange resins and is a pioneer in chemicals for water and wastewater treatment. It also supplies chemicals for Construction, paper and pulp and for oil field operations. The Chemical business offers synergy to the entire spectrum of Thermax's energy and environment businesses.
Our Clients Chemical portfolio is backed by over four decades of R&D experience, and in-depth knowledge of customer requirements. The business has built a client base in the USA, Europe Japan, Korea, Russia, South East Asia, and the Middle East.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Making annual Business Plan and SBP for three years
2. Developing and Ensuring top line an
3. d bottom line of the entire business
4. Strategic planning and implementation to sustain high growth in the long run
4 Monitor sales progress of new products and follow-up KPIs
5 Organize need base training for customer for development of business
6 Recruiting New dealer for sales and train up their service team
Job Specification
1. PPG sales and set the monthly and yearly sales target
2. Co-ordination with Dealer team and to adopt action for Increasing the sales
3. Work with Dealer for On line LC opening and co-ordination with Thermax commercial team for on time material dispatch
4. Monitoring the KPI at customer end and assist dealer team for establishing chemical dosage
5. Build relationship and rapport with customer to establish Thermax brand for chemical business
Co-ordination with the clients country manger and report to him the activity
