Sales Manager - KSA

We are seeking an experienced Sales Managers to lead our sales initiatives in the Saudi Arabia region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in offline sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing relationships with key clients, and ensuring the successful execution of our offline sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective offline sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
· Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize performance.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors, including retail, distribution, and direct sales.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business goals.
· Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in offline sales, preferably in the wholesale industry.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
· Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances.
· Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
