Job Description
- Be In charge of sales of CDW division & other stream to achieve yearly target
- Handling documentation & requirements with internal departments for the division.
- Preparing and developing technical & sales presentations to explain our company's products and services to customers.
- Discussing product needs and system requirements with customer
- Collaborating with team (BD& operation) to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generating sales leads, following up securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements.
- Focus on project requirements and required certificates for all product items.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Develop and Increase market share through Governmental sector and project
Skills
Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Familiarity with sales techniques and tools
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
6. Knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in construction demolition waste (CDW)
7. Understanding of waste management practices and regulations
8. Proficiency in market research and analysis
9. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
10. Time management and organizational skills for efficient sales processes
