Position objectives

You will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring field quality survey and audit activities, collecting and managing inventory data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of survey outputs.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Assist in preparing field survey plans and templates based on approved standards and specifications.
Develop survey procedures and ensure they are communicated and enforced with all relevant parties.
Conduct site survey inspections to identify audit discrepancies and provide feedback for training purposes.
Monitor field survey activities, ensuring adherence to agreed plans and procedures.
Collect, consolidate, and preprocess field survey data for quality audit use.
Ensure survey and audit outputs are accurate, complete, and meet project requirements, coordinating corrections as needed.
Prepare regular reports on survey and audit activities, progress, and team performance, identifying training needs.
Monitor the quality of survey work and provide feedback through regular reporting.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure OSP contractor compliance with project schedules, field meetings, quality audits, and PAT activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in field inspection, particularly involving fiber surveys.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
