About the Team:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Communications professional to join our team and lead our communications efforts in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the MENA communications team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our communications strategy in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans tailored to our Saudi community.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media personalities and KOLs in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead all external and communications initiatives in Saudi.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage crisis communications and issues management in the Saudi market.
• Drive thought leadership initiatives and PR campaigns to enhance the company's reputation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic communications counsel.
• Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, awards, and other visibility opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Direct experience in communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful communications campaigns in Saudi.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful communications campaigns in Saudi.
• Strong relationships with key media personalities in Saudi.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia.
• Language proficiency: Business proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking in English & Arabic is desired based on regional requirements.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and impact at a regional level.
• Experience working in the tech industry or with tech companies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, advise cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
