Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in fintech to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract, with the potential for an extended or permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the architecture for a cutting-edge fintech product, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration.


Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Lead the design of the overall architecture for a new fintech product, ensuring it aligns with business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
  
• Solution Definition: Define and document detailed solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, and performance.
  
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives, to align the solution architecture with business objectives.
  
• Advisory Role: Provide expert advice and consulting on the best architectural practices, frameworks, and technologies to use.
  
• Scalability & Security: Ensure that the architecture is designed to scale as the business grows and is secure to handle sensitive financial data.
  

Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation outlining the architecture design, strategies, and processes to ensure smooth handoffs to development teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a proven track record in fintech or related industries.
    
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing complex systems, from concept to delivery.
    
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    
• Skills:
  
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, including system integration, scalability, and security in a fintech context.
    
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design systems that are adaptable and future-proof.
    
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    
• Languages:
  
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
    

Location & Relocation:

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (onsite).
  
• Full relocation support will be provided
  
• Remote Work Option: If needed, the candidate can work remotely for the first 2 months before relocating to Riyadh.
