Duties and responsibilities

• Performance of Sales & Marketing activities individually and together with the local sales team to secure the agreed sales targets.
• Customer / clinical visits
• Staff presentations & case attendance
• Insight based sales approach.
• Lead generation & follow – up
• New product launches
• Stock management (customer & partner)
• Close collaboration with the regional Business Development Management in Saudi – Arabia and the headquarters in Germany.
• Implementation of the global and regional strategies according to local market conditions in coordination with the regional Business Development Management and the local partners.
• Planning, organization & conduction of regional & local trainings of partners & clients.
• Strong focus on developing business in Saudi – Arabia. Support of further countries in MEA region on demand.
• Based in Saudi-Arabia with readiness to travel in the Region once required

Professional competencies

• Sales & Marketing experience in the medical field preferred in vascular therapy.
• Mid- and long-term sales perspective and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Knowledge in common IT software like MS Office

Personal competencies

• Presentation skills and fluent language in English.
• Good communication skills, self-confidence and self-motivation skills, motivation for close teamwork, hands-on mentality.
• Open-minded for countries and cultures in the Middle East & Africa Region
