The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR administration.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage HR administrative tasks including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support HR activities and events.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise on necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit HR reports as required by management and regulatory bodies.
• Support audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on HR administration and compliance in Oil & Gas Industry/and or Energy sector or any International Company.
• Proficient knowledge of HR administration, labor law, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
