Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee for our Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This exciting opportunity is part of the Tamheer program, designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. As a Trainee in Talent Acquisition, you will have the chance to learn and grow within a supportive professional environment while contributing to our organization's hiring efforts.

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee for our Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This exciting opportunity is part of the Tamheer program, designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. As a Trainee in Talent Acquisition, you will have the chance to learn and grow within a supportive professional environment while contributing to our organization's hiring efforts.
- Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support the coordination of candidate assessments and background checks
- Help maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment metrics and trends
- Support the team in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
