Come & join our Saudi Arabia office for a 6-12 month assignment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the 3PL team on a daily basis for inbound placement and share the shipment information before it arrives.
- Create and update the inbound KPI reporting, lead time, shipment discrepancies and on time availability of stock.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and environment agency for the write-off process.
- Coordinate with transports for time delivery and priority management.
- Maintain the archives for shipment details and offloading pictures.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting related to inbound, outbound and stocks.
- Work closely with external and internal teams on different optimizing/automation projects.
Program Requirements:
You must be a fresh grad or have a max of 2 years experience
