Job Title: Transportation Supervisor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Overview:
We are seeking a capable and experienced Transportation Supervisor to manage our transportation operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality to guide drivers, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with Riyadh’s streets and spare parts shops. Additionally, the candidate should hold a diploma with solid experience in identifying vehicle faults and knowing how to repair them.
Key Responsibilities:

Driver Supervision: Lead and guide drivers with a firm and authoritative approach, ensuring that transportation tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
Fleet Management: Monitor and track the movement of company vehicles using tracking systems, ensuring the smooth and timely operation of all transport activities.
Vehicle Fault Diagnosis: Utilize expertise in identifying vehicle faults and knowing how to repair them, ensuring vehicles are kept in optimal working condition.
Data Management: Accurately enter and update information for drivers, vehicles, work orders, and maintenance requests in the company’s system.
Preventive Maintenance: Oversee the scheduling and follow-up of preventive maintenance tasks to minimize vehicle downtime.
Spare Parts Coordination: Leverage your knowledge of local spare parts shops to ensure timely acquisition of parts necessary for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
TAMM Program: Work with the TAMM system to update vehicle authorizations and ensure that all required permits and documentation are current.
Daily Operations Management: Input and track data related to daily work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of all issues.

Qualifications:

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with in-depth knowledge of Riyadh’s streets.
Education: Diploma in a relevant field, with good experience in identifying and repairing vehicle faults.
Experience: Proven experience in transportation supervision or fleet management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in vehicle tracking systems and data management.
Experience with the TAMM system for vehicles.
Ability to diagnose and manage vehicle repairs.
Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of drivers.
Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualities:

Strong familiarity with Riyadh’s spare parts market and coordination for vehicle repairs.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary range will be 1800SAR to 2500SAR.
VISA sponsor is available.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ﷼1,800.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per month
