As a Sales Specialist, your role will involve driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify sales prospects and develop sales strategies.
- Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to assess progress and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in B2B sales preferably in the transportation, logistics, supply chain, or storage industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation concepts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking for sales planning.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Female candidates are preferred.
