Welding Machines Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Dammam - Riyadh -Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:

نبحث عن مدير اللحام لقيادة جهود المبيعات في قطاع معدات اللحام. يتضمن هذا الدور الحصول على موافقات المنتجات، وتحديد المشاريع الجديدة، وزيادة نمو المبيعات من خلال استراتيجيات السوق الفعّالة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Dammam - Riyadh -Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek approval for welding products from consultants.
- Identify and pursue new projects through contractors and consultants.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of various welding technologies, including GMAW, MMAW, FCAW, submerged arc welding, and related products. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate the market and grow sales of welding equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers within the welding equipment industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and securing new accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of sales plans and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and developments in the welding equipment industry, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the welding equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of welding technologies and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and CRM software.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- السعي للحصول على موافقات منتجات اللحام من الاستشاريين.
- تحديد ومتابعة المشاريع الجديدة من خلال المقاولين والاستشاريين.
- تطوير معرفة عميقة بأنواع تقنيات اللحام المختلفة، بما في ذلك GMAW، وMMAW، وFCAW، واللحام تحت الماء، والمنتجات ذات الصلة. متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتطورات في الصناعة.
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق المبيعات، وتقديم الإرشاد والدعم لمساعدتهم على تحقيق أهدافهم الفردية والجماعية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وخطط مبيعات فعّالة لاختراق السوق وزيادة مبيعات معدات اللحام.:
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين في صناعة معدات اللحام.
- تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة، وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء وتأمين حسابات جديدة.
- متابعة اتجاهات السوق، وأنشطة المنافسين، واحتياجات العملاء لتحديد فرص المبيعات الجديدة وتعديل استراتيجيات المبيعات وفقًا لذلك.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية، مثل التسويق والعمليات، لضمان تنفيذ سلس لخطط المبيعات وزيادة رضا العملاء.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير المبيعات والتوقعات للإدارة العليا، مع تقديم رؤى وتوصيات لنمو الأعمال.
- متابعة أحدث التطورات في صناعة معدات اللحام، لضمان مستوى عالٍ من المعرفة والخبرة في المنتجات.
- درجة البكاليوس في الهندسة أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع معدات اللحام.
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات اللحام والمعايير الصناعية.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة واحترافية ممتازة.
- سعودي او غير سعودي
