ELV Manager in KSA

Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Dammam - Riyadh - Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek approval for ELV products from consultants.
- Identify new projects through engagement with contractors and consultants.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in products like IP cameras, NVRs, solar cameras, access control systems, gate barriers, and telecom products.
- Manage the entire project sales cycle, from initial client engagement to deal closure.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Develop comprehensive installation and integration plans for ELV systems in line with project requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish project objectives, budgets, and schedules.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with various trades to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems into overall construction projects.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the reliability and performance of ELV systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve deficiencies promptly.
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to ELV systems and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and anticipate obstacles during the implementation phase.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, drawings, specifications, and manuals.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting milestones, achievements, and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ELV systems management and project delivery, preferably in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of ELV products and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
