Your role

Interested in a career in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

evaluate companies and develop models for the Private Funds Group (“PFG”): Primary Fundraising, Liquidity / Strategic Solutions and Real Estate Advice / Fundraising Solutions
support the origination and execution of our mandates and provide distribution and general marketing support across products, services and functions
prepare industry analyses for pitches
get involved in the execution of live deals

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking PFG team, who’s responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

will graduate by June 2025, with less than two years of work experience
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge to help build your foundation by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job as you rotate through different areas of HR. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
