Accounts Executive (B2B)

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly schedules.
- Creating and Posting of Sales and Purchase Invoices.
- Chasing overdue invoices.
- Perform month-end closing of accounts & processing month-end journals.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and FRS.
- Responsible for GST submissions.
- Cash flow and bank reconciliation.
- Assist in yearly audit and liaise with respective depts on audit requests.
- Coordinate in corporate Income tax matters with tax agent.
- Manage funds effectively by advising on daily/weekly payment requirements and ensuring timely supplier payments.
- Bank in cheques.
- Process employees' travel claims and expense reimbursements.
- Participate in ad hoc accounting and finance projects, as appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Must have good knowledge of financial management, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under ACCA, SCAQ and ICAEW schemes.
- Minimum 5 years working experience with full sets of books.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strength in Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be remunerated accordingly.
