Job Description
- Issue/create invoices & templates;
- Issue/create all work orders & windows form;
- Organize & schedule appointments for measurement & installation;
- Handle multiple sales orders and bookkeeping sales records;
- Updating and maintain payment track records, inventory records;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
- Provide general support to visitors;
- Process the order of office supplies;
- Resolve administrative problem; Any ad-hoc jobs assign by superviors/management.
