Job Description
1. Develop a marketing strategy and plan to build up brand awareness and drive traffic for Taobao Singapore.2. Research trends and social sentiments across social media platforms to develop updated creative content.3. Create data-driven content and manage multiple distribution channels including social media, SEM, and display to drive GMV.4. Analyse performance data and deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.5. Work with stakeholders including campaign management, product management, graphics, and other external partners to continuously optimize marketing strategy.

Position Requirement
1. 1-3 years experience in digital marketing with a bachelor's degree.2. Have a deep understanding of the internet and e-commerce, possess excellent marketing experience, and demonstrate product thinking and product design capabilities.3. Strong analytical skills and data sensitivity, a good grasp of product thinking, and a strong learning ability.4. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and proactivity.5. Multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Able to handle pressure effectively.6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
