Application Support Analyst
FULL TIME

- Hands-on L3 support for a time critical trading system.
- Monitor trading applications and respond promptly to issues and incidents.
- Provide real-time support for all trading applications including pre-trade, execution, and post-trade systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems related to application performance, connectivity, and data accuracy
- Investigate Production and test environments issues.
- Manage the deployment and configuration of trading system applications across various environments (e.g., test, staging, production)
- Support DR tests, manage audit requests, manage security checks and documentations and other tasks related to the safe running of the application.
- Work with developers to understand how the system works.
- Write support documentation.
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Network, Data Communications, or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of experience as Application Support
- Knowledge of UNIX environment, including performing various tasks from the UNIX terminal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and mac OS)
- Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration.
- Strong programming skill with Java is a plus
- Have experience with Linux and Oracle Database
- Have experience about Cloud is a big plus.
- Keen interest in financial markets. Working knowledge of financial products a plus
- Fluent English and good communication skills
Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
