- Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion, aligned with client and authority requirements.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, from design to completion, with guidance from senior architects.
- Ensure project workflows comply with company standards and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain and enhance partnerships.
- Assist in securing new business opportunities.
- Review and adjust all drawings and BIM model developments, including production of BIM models, submission drawings, detailed designs, clash detection coordination, construction documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Submit required drawings and BIM models to authorities and liaise with them for any submission-related matters under senior supervision.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience as an architectural associate or equivalent.
- A degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Enscape.
- Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
- Prior experience with private and public residential projects in Singapore (preferred).
- Intermediate knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Intermediate aesthetic and design sensibility.
- Proficiency in technical detailing.
- Intermediate contract administration and management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory proficiency in Revit modeling.
