- Lead or support project teams in both ongoing and new projects.
- Manage client, consultant, authority, and technical meetings.
- Oversee the feasibility and design phases.
- Supervise documentation, tender processes, and project execution.
- Manage construction phases through to project completion.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a project architect.
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional accreditation (e.g., Board of Architects - BOA).
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and In Design.
- Experience in both private and public residential projects in Singapore.
- Proven track record of managing projects from concept to construction completion.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- High level of aesthetic and design sensibility.
- Expertise in technical detailing.
- Proficient in contract administration and management.
- Skilled in Revit modeling.
