Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning and allocation
- Update of attendance and scheduling of cleaning staff
- Arranging of weekend security escorts
- Conducting audits to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular toolbox briefing
- Jobs completion compilation
- Emailing responses, coordination with cleaning staff and clients
- Must be multilingual (able to speak English, Mandarin, and Malay)
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm in hectic situations
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Commercial cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
- supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
- Singapore (Required)
