Architect/Architectural Associate

Team members work closely with project directors in a flat hierarchy. Our work environment is highly collaborative and interactive. We also value individuals who are independent, situationally aware, and personally responsible for their work.
Job Description:
- Run a project from design stage through to construction completion. Inclusive but not restricted to design, design development, tender documentation, contract/project management, authorities liaising and submissions etc.
- execute company's direction for the project independently and with finesse.
- collaborate with various stake holders ie. clients, consultants, etc.
- guide and work independently or with team mates depending on project requirements
- any other ad hoc related assignments as required by the company
- 2-5 years experience in the landed housing/residential architecture industry
- well-verse in local building codes and regulations with various authorities.
- well-verse in building contracts used in Singapore, especially SIA contract.
- skillful in CAD program including but not restricted to Autocad, sketchup, Twinmotion etc.
- work well in a team or individual as an when needed
- Sensible designer
- Attentive to details
- Able to manage timelines
- Relevant Architecture degree or diploma recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore.
