The Opportunity

As a member of the Project Team, the successful candidate will be involved in the delivery of architectural design expertise.

Involvement in project works from inception to completion
Main responsibilities include planning, designing and implementing building projects such as residential & other township development projects both in the local and overseas markets.
To produce high quality architectural designs and concepts and/or assist in the design work.
To liaise with the clients, other consultants and the local authorities and work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision.

Requirements

Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Architecture, recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
Good project management, excellent communication and co-ordination skills, and great conceptualization and presentation skills.
Strong flair for design using computer-aided design such as Auto CAD. Applicants with Revit/Archi Cad/BIM skills will be preferred
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to communicate effectively in the written, oral and graphic form
Able to multi-task and with good time management
Conversant with Local Authorities’ regulations and compliances
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen and strategic thinking, attention to detail and curiosity are preferred traits.
Team-player with good interaction, relationship-building and networking skills.
Excellent written and presentation skills.
High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
