The Opportunity
As a member of the Project Team, the successful candidate will be involved in the delivery of architectural design expertise.

- Involvement in project works from inception to completion
- Main responsibilities include planning, designing and implementing building projects such as residential & other township development projects both in the local and overseas markets.
- To produce high quality architectural designs and concepts and/or assist in the design work.
- To liaise with the clients, other consultants and the local authorities and work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision.
Requirements
- Masters/ Bachelor Degree in Architecture, recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore.
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
- Good project management, excellent communication and co-ordination skills, and great conceptualization and presentation skills.
- Strong flair for design using computer-aided design such as Auto CAD. Applicants with Revit/Archi Cad/BIM skills will be preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate effectively in the written, oral and graphic form
- Able to multi-task and with good time management
- Conversant with Local Authorities’ regulations and compliances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen and strategic thinking, attention to detail and curiosity are preferred traits.
- Team-player with good interaction, relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
