To be responsible for the building, fixtures, facilities, equipment, machinery and project management in the event when alteration and amendment works are carried out in the hotel.
To be responsible for the overall effectiveness of Engineering Department.
- Prepare annual engineering maintenance budget and manage engineering maintenance costs within budget
- Managing the facilities requirements for Company facilities
- Control designated site facilities budget
- Oversee operations across multiple facilities
- Oversee facilities and general maintenance services
- Repair and maintenance of facilities
- Fall under facilities or engineering
- Support facilities management and facilities engineer on repairs and renovation projects
- Recommend the facilities capital improvement budgets
- Assist in facilities safety measures
- Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities
- Hold overall responsibility for facilities operations
- Building the portfolio facilities team
- Manage day to day facilities and building systems maintenance
- Lead all facility related staff including facility contractors
- Develop and monitor annual facilities budget
- Oversee maintenance contracts with vendors and service providers and engineering purchases
- Understand any facilities-related issues
- Prepare maintenance and facilities annual budget and plan
- Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by General Manager/Executive Assistant Manager
