Description:
The ideal candidate will support the finance team by managing essential accounting tasks while providing assistance to the sales and marketing department. This role involves processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely reporting to facilitate effective decision-making in sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries related to sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and reporting on sales data to support decision-making.
- Maintain organised and accurate records of financial transactions and sales documentation.
- Ensure that all financial records are up to date and readily accessible for audits and reporting.
- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing expenditures and performance for management review.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients through timely communication regarding their accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial transactions.
- Local Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or in any related field preferred. No experience is welcomed as there will be training.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing principles.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
