Client Management Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
The Client Management Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, providing customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
This role focuses on, by managing the client lifecycle and facilitating seamless communication between clients and the sales team. There will also be training provided for this role as our team is currently expanding.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customised proposals and presentations.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on client needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication, contracts and transaction.
- Local Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
