Assistant HR & Admin Manager

Job Description
  • Oversee the full spectrum of payroll related functions, including tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, Group Insurances and other government grant applications and submissions.
  • Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process, staff induction program, training and development.
  • Manage staff exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit clearance procedures.
  • Oversee the work pass matters of foreign workers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other related government agencies.
  • Provide and handle performance appraisal evaluation, salary reviews and compensation benchmarking exercises.
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and project as assigned.


Requirements
  • Degree/Graduate Diploma in HR Management/Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience in similar capacity supervising 3-5 staff.
  • Good knowledge of MOM guidelines and statutory regulations.
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as required to speak to Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Experienced and familiar with the HRMS software.
  • Support Monastery events and activities.
  • Preferable able to start work at short notice.
