Sounds great – what’s the role in a nutshell?
The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and leading various IT projects. This role requires a strong background in project management and vendor management to ensure that all IT initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company’s standards.

Your passion is:

• Project Management: Lead IT projects ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery; develop plans; coordinate teams; monitor progress; adjust as needed; scope and develop business processes.
• Vendor Management: Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts; negotiate agreements; ensure compliance; resolve issues promptly.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance and security of IT systems; implement policies and procedures; troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team; provide guidance, support, and necessary training.
• Strategic Planning: Implement IT strategies aligned with company goals; stay updated on technology trends; recommend and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Others: Provide general IT support; manage ticketing process; code basic functions; develop reporting tools and dashboards; perform data analysis and modeling.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on project management and vendor management.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.

• Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools.

• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing and running projects.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
