Job Description

• Review payments and claims to ensure compliance to NUS & Grantors' guidelines.
• Administer the grants in timely manner.
• Assist Principal Investigators on grant variations, extensions and other change requests.
• Assist in submission of progress and final reports.
• Monitor and keep track of the expenditures of the grants awarded.
• Assist in preparation and submission of grant related financial reports.
• Perform finance-related tasks such as fund management, preparation and analysis of financial statements for audit and reporting to relevant agencies on grants’ matters.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and other departments on grant related issues.
• Assist in management reporting, monitoring expenditure, cash flow and tax related to grant matters.
• Ensure compliance to applicable standards, policies and procedures including Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Liaise with external auditors on the year end closing.
• Any other finance duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / ACCA / Bachelor Degree
