Assistant Programme Co-ordinator (6-month), SMU Academy

RESPONSIBILITIES
Enquiries
- Attend to inbound IPM enquiries that are escalated from the sales teams
- Monitor and maintain the IPM inbox by addressing the IPM students' IPM specific queries.
- Assist in the admissions process, including application review, interviews, selection and offers.
- Coordinate with marketing team to reach out to potential students through email campaigns
- Organize and assist to coordinate programme-related events (Exams, orientations, lunches).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma, Degree or Higher Nitec.
- Familiarity with operations in the education sector would be advantageous.
- IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365.
- Proficient in using Learning Management and Training Management System portal is an added advantage.
- A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
- Meticulous, has an eye for detail and appreciates the value and need for thorough planning and good documentation.
