About Us
Job Description
- Filing of documents such as transfer, return and recovery vouchers.
- Ensure accurate updates of inventory usage of the organization.
- Raising purchase requests of inventory items.
- Perform Goods Received Note (GRN).
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the department's business processes and systems in support of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Material resource planning: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure sufficient stock quantities as well as the efficient inventory storage and retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Participate in inventory optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on inventory management SOP, best practices and technologies.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
Qualifications
- Minimum ITE level or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
- Good documentation and planning skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn

- Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
