Role Purpose
Assist the Head of Credit Management in supervising a team of executives in the monitoring and
controlling of credit risk arising from Futures & Leveraged Foreign Exchange (‘FX’) transactions of
clients.
Job functions & responsibilities
- Day to day supervision of Credit Futures team
- Assist the Head of Credit Management to review the department’s workflow and procedures
- Monitor trading exposure of clients
- Review and approve trading limits, position limits and intraday trading limits of clients
- Ensure follow-up actions are done for margin call clients and overloss accounts
- Setting margin requirements for non-SPAN & FX products
- Collection of deficits including liaising with external counsel on legal proceedings
- Prepare management reports for routine reporting and monthly reports for Committee meetings
- Assist in projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management from
- time to time
- Able to work in shifts (8.30am – 6.00pm, 10.30am – 8.00pm) and provide rotational coverage
- during Public Holidays
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Able to multi-task and prioritize works
- Pleasant personality and have good communication skills
- Relevant 5 years’ industry experience
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work with sensitive financial information
- Good team player
