About the role:
Audio-Visual Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Audio-Visual (AV) Manager to oversee and manage all AV operations at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class AV support for events, conferences, and hotel-wide functions while ensuring the latest technologies are effectively used to meet client expectations.

What you will do:

Manage and operate all AV equipment for meetings, conferences, banquets, and other hotel events.
Collaborate with clients to understand AV requirements, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality presentations.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade AV equipment and systems regularly.
Lead, train, and mentor the AV team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Provide technical expertise during setup, installation, and breakdown of AV equipment for various functions.
Monitor the latest trends in AV technology and implement upgrades to enhance service delivery.
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and events, to provide seamless AV support for hotel clients.
Oversee inventory management, including regular audits of AV equipment and ensuring necessary supplies are stocked.

What you bring:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role within the hospitality, events, or related industry.
Proficient in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of AV equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of the latest AV technologies and trends.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in AV-related technologies or systems (preferred).

Schedule & Hours:
