To take charge of technical compliance for all authorities submissions, including liaising with the relevant authorities' personnel, consultants and architects to achieve the design intent as well as meet all authority requirements. To provide technical advice and support for design staff.
- Polytechnic Diploma in Singapore or similar
- At least 2 years working experience in Singapore
- Familiarity with Singapore authority requirements, especially for redidential developments
- Sense of Responsibility and able to work as part of a team
- Organised and Methodical
- Strong proficiency in Autocad
- Photoshop and Sketch-up skills perferable
- Familiarity with MS Office
