Banking Partnership Manager (Singapore)

Join our fast-growing banking team to lead the development of innovative payment products by building strategic partnerships with Tier 1 global and regional banks, financial institutions, payment associations, and infrastructure providers. This role is focused on collaboration and ecosystem development rather than sales, driving innovation and long-term growth through meaningful industry relationships.

What you’ll be doing
Identifying, negotiating, and integrating new banking and financial institution (FI) partners, guiding them through a smooth onboarding to go-live and managing the relationship thereafter.
Strengthening our existing long-term partnerships by introducing new products, resolving issues, and enhancing services to drive value for both parties.
Overseeing payment infrastructure and strategic partnership projects, collaborating closely with internal teams to align on banking strategy and resolve challenges in situ and horizon scanning for the future.
Maintaining and updating partnership documentation, ensuring compliance with banking risk standards, company objectives whilst being acutely aware of both party’s risk appetite.
Acting as a trusted advisor through providing expert insights and solutions to internal teams to optimise banking operations and our strategic growth.
About you, you have
An experienced professional with 4+ years managing banking relationships, product development, or operations in the financial sector.
Highly knowledgeable about global payments, EMIs, FX, regulatory compliance, and industry trends, with a strong focus on driving strategic growth.
A skilled communicator and networker, adept at building and nurturing productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
Analytical and solutions-oriented, with proven abilities in problem-solving to support and enhance partnership objectives.
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments, bringing creativity to complex situations to achieve impactful business outcomes.

Salary would start from $90k per annum a go up depending on relevant experience + plus stock options (after 12 months) & benefits
