Job Description
- To supervise and train the Bell team, ensuring fair task delegation and adherence to grooming standards.
- To deploy porters based on operational needs, managing entrance activities like traffic control and taxi bookings.
- To maintain and oversee the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, driveway, and baggage room, including audits and inventory checks.
- To handle guest inquiries related to local tours and directions in the absence of the Concierge.
- To ensure the functionality of concierge equipment and perform additional front office duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as Porter will be a plus.
- Well-groomed and immaculate appearance.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.
- Knowledge on Opera PMS System preferred.
