As a Bellman, you will be welcoming the Hotel Guests and assisting them with their baggage delivery or call for a transportation for them to explore Singapore.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting arriving Hotel Guests from the taxi/car/transportation
• Assisting arriving and departing guests by opening/ closing car doors
• Be aware of daily arrivals and departures with emphasis on VIPs
• Communicating with different departments to welcome VIP guests
• Assisting and guiding Hotel Guests on the check in and out process via the self-check in kiosks and answering basic billing enquires
• Answering basic information of the Hotel e.g. directions, hotel facilities and features
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel and places of interest in Singapore

What we need from you

• A minimum qualification in GCE O levels
• Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts
• Able to stand long hours and lift weights of at least 10kg
• Independant and motivated individual with friendly personality
• Able to work rotating shift hours over weekends and public holidays (5 days work week, 9.5 hours per shift inclusive of meal break; Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift)
