BIM MANAGER

- Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects to ensure the projects progress efficiently and effectively
- Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies
- Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs & requirement
- Prepare, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Have a good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery
- Pre-consultation, site meetings, and project meetings
- Monitor and ensure the drawing submission schedule is achieved
- Adhering to the latest industry standards
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies
- Certification course on BIM Management
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in BIM Management
- Good knowledge of BIM visualisation and simulation applications
- Detailed knowledge of the Singapore Code of Practices, regulations, and specifications for the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, and a team player
