Duties and responsibilities
- Report to the Cost Manager
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly closing
- Preparing payments, tax invoices and journals
- Cheque issuance and Giro payments
- Check petty cash reimbursement and travelling claims
- Maintain daily cash book schedule & monitor cashflow and balance
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Attend to daily accounting functions
- Comply to financial accounting standards, tax legislative requirements
- Monitor for smooth operation of internal control systems and procedures

Ad-hoc assignments from Cost Manager
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Possess minimum diploma in accounting
- Must be familiar with project accounts in construction field
- Must be able to start work within 1 month after job offer
