Job Description:

Join our team as an Account Assistant (AR & AP) , where you will support the Accountant in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals looking to enhance their financial skills in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry into Accpac and Excel worksheets.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including processing payments from customers and managing supplier invoices.
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal controls for effective financial management.
• Manage ad-hoc accounting and non-accounting duties as needed.

Additional Information:

• Qualifications : LCCI, SPM, Diploma, or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Technical Skills : Good working knowledge of Accpac Accounting software (AP & AR modules) and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working Conditions : Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
• Working Location : Queensway
• Work Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm.
