Work location: Alexandra
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 830am to 530pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Vetting performance monitoring and preparation for vetting in close liaison with in-house Marine, Operations & Technical Departments
- Arrange office interviews with all stakeholders for seagoing Officers
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Crew Department personnel
- Prepare crewing budget and follow up crewing account matter
- Maintain, update, and disseminate company instruction to vessel, manning office and concerned parties
- Lead and oversee various activities for the welfare and morale programs for sea personnel and their families and union matters
- Min. Diploma in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in maritime crewing operations
- Proficiency in crewing management software (Danaos/Ship Mate)
