Ship Crewing Team Lead (Up to 5k + VB / 5 days)

Career advancement: Crewing Ops Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Vetting performance monitoring and preparation for vetting in close liaison with in-house Marine, Operations & Technical Departments
- Arrange office interviews for seagoing officers
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Crew Department personnel
- Prepare crewing budget and follow up crewing account matter
- Maintain, update, and disseminate company instruction to vessel, manning office and concerned parties
- Lead and oversee various activities for the welfare and morale programs for sea personnel and their families and union matters Other related ad hoc duties assigned by the Crewing Manager
Key Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in Maritme Proficiency in Danaos / Ship Mate
